Every actions which is taken in CareFree is logged against the Audit trail of any given user.

From the top context menu press tools:

then select:

This will open the audit trail window:

1) Select the company. Depending on the size of your organisation your CareFree system might be split into different companies.

2) Select the branch. If you want to check the audit trail for just a subset of people you can do this here.

3) The audit trail will show full information about people who have logged in, and from what computer. You will also notice call trace which will detail any calls which have been edited and give you full details regarding this.

4) This is where the logs are viewed, double click on the items to read the information a little easier.
