RoadRunner 4.3.3 - NEW Signing In/Out Process
The process in which a Carer signs in and out of a call changes when task management is enabled on RoadRunner. Call notes can also be enabled on RoadRunner. It is important to follow the new instructions when signing in and out of a call when the two options have been enabled.
