Shift Pay is a way of paying your Carers for a block of calls, rather than paying for each individual call.
Break Times can be set within the CareFree Options and Settings to specify how long a gap between calls is considered as a break.
1. Open the Carers screen
2. Select the Carer who will be receiving shift pay, then press the Payroll tab
3. Change the Pay Type field to Start to Finish
4. Click OK to save the setting
1. Go to Tools
2. Go to Options and Settings
3. Go to Shared Options
4. Go to Mileage
5. Amend the Break Time field to the amount of minutes that is considered a break
6. Click OK to save
