====== Printing / Emailing Carer Rotas ======

Carer rotas can be printed or emailed from CareFree. It is particular important to know how to perform these actions for business continuity purposes. Carer rotas can be produced individually or in bulk.

===== Printing / Emailing Individual Carer Rotas =====

1. From CareFree, open the **Rota**

2. Choose the Carer whose rota requires printing and / or emailing to the left

3. Select the appropriate week you wish to print / email for the Carer. Click **Mon** to go to this week

4. Select the appropriate format in which you want your rota to show in by using the drop-down box at the top of the rota

Rota formats can be created by our support desk, you can turn on a variety of formats by going to **Tools** and **Reports Setup** from the CareFree top menu.

5. At the bottom of the rota, press the **Drop-down Arrow** next to the **Preview** button to either Preview, Print, Email or Export the rota

===== Printing / Emailing Carer Rotas in Bulk =====

1. From CareFree, open the **Reports** screen

2. Go to the **Service Delivery** report section\\ 
3. Click on the **Rotas and Timesheets** report

4. Start by selecting the date range of the report using the **Choose the Dates** tab\\

5. In the **Select from the List** tab, you can choose who you want to show on the report

6. Use the **Rota & Email Options** on this tab to change the format in which you want to show the rota in

7. You can change which call statuses appear on the rota by using the **Status** tab //- for example, some companies prefer not to show cancelled calls on the Carer rotas (NCR calls)//

8. You can also display certain Companies / Branches on this report using the **Branch** tab

9. Once all your selections have been made, press the **Preview** button at the bottom of the screen. The standard Rota format looks the image below

10. Once you are happy with the report, close the report by pressing the cross at the top right of the report. You can use the drop-down on the preview button to Print, Export or Email
