====== Logging into CareFree (Hosted) ======

This training guide is specifically for users where their CareFree system is hosted. Users must log into the IGC server in order to access CareFree.

**Please note that all users __must__ log into IGC using the [[https://cloud.carefreeapp.co.uk/RDWeb|IGC Login URL]] __not__ the RDP connection**

Use the following instructions to guide you through logging into IGC.

1. Go to the URL Link: [[https://cloud.carefreeapp.co.uk/RDWeb]]
\\ //This can be saved as a bookmark on your browser/desktop for future use if you wish//

2. You will be asked for a username and password:

3. Your login name and password will have been sent to you from our CareFree support team\\ If you do not have this information please contact your company administrator\\ If your administrator does not have this information please email support@carefreegroup.com

4. Once you have logged in you will receive something like the following screen:

5. Click the CareFree icon named as your company name

6. Open the file that is downloaded

7. You will be asked to enter your password again\\ //This is the same password as when you first logged in - unless your password has expired and you have changed it//

8. A CareFree login screen will then appear like the following:
